We are looking forward to your visit.

We want you to have a fantastic time! Please remember while you are visiting our family's farm, this is our home and land we utilize for our crops and animals when we are not visiting with you. Please treat our home with respect and do not leave trash behind or pick from our plants that are not in designated picking areas.

Farm Rules

  • We only allow picking in designated picking areas where with our garden attendants instruction. Plants outside of those designated areas are not for picking.

  • If U-pick It You Buy It (If it’s to big, to small, don’t know the price, don’t want that many, don’t like it, then you shouldn’t pick it!).

  • Walkie Talkies and Cell phones are not considered supervision! You must stay, hangout with and supervise your children.

  • No one under the age of 18 without adult supervision.

  • Shoes are required on the farm. No Bare feet!! If the feet are touching the ground they must have shoes on. We also advise against wearing open-toed shoes.

  • No alcohol, drugs, or persons “under the influence.”

  • You must follow staff instructions and activity's rules to participate in the activity.

  • No smoking or vaping on the farm.

  • Sorry No Pets! (Service Animals are always welcome but must have proof of up to date vaccinations)

  • For safety, all visitors must stay out of marked-off and roped-off areas.

  • Be careful as you walk, as the ground is rough and uneven. We are not responsible for personal injury.

  • Be cautious of all insects including but not limited to fire ants.

  • Please help to keep our farm clean and use the trash and recycle containers provided.

  • No Plastic Straws

  • No Balloons.

  • No profanity or inappropriate behavior.

  • Sweetfields Farm will not be held liable for any personal injury or lost items.

  • There is NO FLYING OF DRONES allowed on our property or in our air space with out prearranged approval. Photography and Video taken of grounds by drone must be scheduled and have our approved written consent.

  • No professional photography/videography and or commercial photography/videography on grounds unless authorized in advance with written approval. These types of shoots/sessions need to book for private hours and need to be booked in advance with us.

  • No disruptive photo props, photo equipment or disruptive photo shoots (Those things are better scheduled for on grounds privately.) FB Message us if you need more information on private session fees and scheduling.

  • We reserve the right to remove any persons behaving inappropriately.

  • We are an outside activity and are subject to closing if weather is severe or if weather causes unsafe conditions on our grounds. Florida weather is not always predictable. Please keep this in mind when coming out as we do not offer rain checks or refunds on admission.

  • Entrance into the farm is acceptance to all rules.

  • Notice: Under Florida law, an agritourism operator is not liable for injury or death of, or damage or loss to, a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury, death, damage, or loss results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risk of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury, death, damage, or loss. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.
